Adrian oversees all projects. He has over thirty years’ experience in the building industry and also holds a builders licence. Adrian ran his own building and contracting business for over twenty years before being approached to take a position with Freedom Homes. Adrian is an excellent communicator who works with our clients during the build to deliver the highest quality possible.

He is meticulous with procedures throughout the project and takes immense pride in the finished product. We continue to be very fortunate to have his services available to deliver high quality homes. Customer satisfaction is an extremely high priority as well as ensuring the safety and welfare of all concerned.

Steve has been with Freedom Homes since its inception over 25 years ago.

His wealth of experience enables him to problem-solve and offer solutions. He has a positive approach to building and is happy to take the time to meet his clients onsite and keep them involved during construction.

He has a great working relationship with our local sub–contractors and great eye for detail.

Steve prides himself on delivering quality builds and ensuring that he always has a happy customer.

Lindsay Lynam

Workshop Manager

Lindsay has been at Freedom Homes for over 13 years. Lindsay is a fully qualified welder and frame & truss erector. He has also completed a Cert IV in Frontline Management. This enables him to manage the workshop area in a professional and safe way.

Lindsay supervises the workshop, keeping a keen eye on quality control whilst managing staff as well as negotiating the best products at the most cost effective price to ensure our customers are getting the best value for money.

Sales Manager

Chris has been in the building Industry for 15 years and holds a current builders license.

He is easy to talk to and his building knowledge allows him to work with his clients to achieve the best results.

His sales approach is not aggressive, as he realises building a new home is a big decision and he wants to make his clients feel comfortable and valued.

He takes an honest approach with pricing, build times and is happy to take the time to explain things and look for the best solutions for his clients.

Deborah Stoimenoff

Accounts Manager

Deborah came to work with Freedom Homes in 2014. Deborah brought with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in finance. Deborah works closely with our team of Accountants to ensure that we comply with all facets of legal requirements, statutory license’s and registration, as well as taxation regulation. She manages the day to day accounts ensuring that all financial commitments are up to date.

Deborah assists Contracts Administration with generating invoices and variations at the various stages of your build and will assist clients, where needed, to ensure a smooth process of payments.

Deborah is extremely efficient and will make the financial side of your project run smoothly. She will liaise with your financier and take care of what sometimes can be a stressful and messy side of building.

Maddie Beetham

Construction Administration

Maddie started with Freedom Homes in 2017 and works closely with our valued customers during the preparation of contracts and final tender.
Maddie will organise your selection day with our local suppliers and will attend meetings with you offering advice and answering any questions.

She is very efficient and makes her clients feel comfortable when making big decisions.

Maddie is a good communicator and has a good eye for detail and is always looking out for her clients best interests.
